Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, remotes, and manuals, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our facility, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
