What is the standard shipping timeframe for electronic components?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Channel Master electronics come with a standard 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened items?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. While we accept opened items, they must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our newer models feature universal power supplies (110V-240V). Please check the specific product specifications page to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
